The whole project depends on the grading design approach utilizing the architectural theme of the coastal modern style that combines the minimalism of modernity with the beachy coastal color palette resulting in a design that reflects modernity with tranquility.

As for the interior design, all the units in Seazen North Coast come fully finished with paint used for walls, porcelain and ceramic used for floors, ceramic tiles for kitchen, bathrooms, and terrace floors, and finally, with white and gray paint shades for the facades and black frames with aluminum frames for the windows.
